Description: |
groSolar, North America's premier provider of solar energy solutions, operating multiple offices and warehouses across North America, delivering world-class customer care, seeks a dynamic Outside Solar Sales Representative in the Southern New Jersey area.
This position involves the sale of residential and small commercial solar electric and solar hot water systems.

Duties: |
1. Closing deals and signing contracts.
2. Conducting site evaluations for potential customers. Rough system design.
3. Estimating cost and pricing systems.
4. Analysis of customers current and projected electrical usage
5. Communicating with project manager/Engineering department regarding system design.
6. Logging all communications with customers in contact database.

Qualifications: |
• Understanding of or ability to quickly learn grid-tied solar electric installation, design or sales
• Strong math and computer skills
• Proficiency with MS Office
• Understanding of general construction
• Understanding of electricity and electrical contracting
REQUIRED/DESIRED SKILLS:
1. Ability to see TEAM first, super positive attitude is critical
2. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
3. Desire to stay on the leading edge of the RE industry
4. World class communication and customer service skills
5. Clean driving record
EDUCATIONAL/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
1.Associates degree or 5 years sales experience
