Description: | Job Summary:
Support the design, development, and implementation of Ferring’s compensation and benefit programs. Analyzes current plans and provides recommendations for changes. Provides analytical and other professional level support to the Sr. Manager of Compensation and Benefits.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct analysis to support recommendation of market competitive merit increase budget
- Conduct ongoing analysis to support market pricing
- Identify and participate in compensation surveys to ensure we have the highest quality market data possible to benchmark our internal pay practices against
- Perform job evaluations, using market data and assessing internal and external equity
- Process all relocation agreements and related payments
- Work with Sr. Manager, Compensation &Benefits on expatriate assignment agreements and administration of expatriate pay components
- Work with Generalists and recruitment to structure competitive offers to potential candidates
- Administer various employee benefit programs and drive initiatives to recommend new and/or improved employee benefit plans and cost-saving measures
- Perform other related duties, as assigned
Education and background requirements:
- Bachelors degree required, CCP or CEBS Preferred
- 2+ years working compensation, human resources, statistics, financial analysis or related field
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as policies and procedures manuals, job descriptions, and bonus plans
- Required expert knowledge of MS Excel and MS Access
- Strong data management and analytical skills
- Must be able to work in fast paced environment.
