Description: | Job Summary:
This position is responsible for: Recruiting top talent for in order to hire high quality candidates for all levels of positions. This role is responsible for meeting with internal hiring managers to go over the recruitment strategy; and filling open positions for hard to find niche roles utilizing employee referrals, job boards, postings and pro-actively networking to find talent. Additionally, you will be responsible for performing interviews, conducting candidate evaluations and collecting feedback and assessment forms. Must have an expert eye for reviewing resumes and making sound recommendations to the hiring teams.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all recruitment of field force and home office personnel
- Full cycle applicant management
- Ensure that structure and process adhere to recruitment process
- Recommend alternative sourcing methods & partnership while monitoring ROI
- Proactively source talent pool to ensure quick response & gap needs
- Responsible for internship program, field vacancy, opportunity program
- Key contact with temporary agency personnel
- Coordinate all RFP & selection criteria for agency use
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2+ years of agency recruiting experience, and 4+ years corporate recruiting in a Medical device or Pharmaceutical company.
- Demonstrated use of leading edge sourcing methods
- Prefer individual with recruiting experience in Clinical Research, Regulatory Affairs, consulting, and technical sales
- Proven ability to demonstrate ROI for each of the past 3 years
