Description:

Duties and Responsibilities:
Installation, demonstration, or support of ADTRAN equipment in AT&T lab for the purposes of product evaluations.
Assist AT&T Lab personnel in troubleshooting any issues found during product or release evaluations and work with Engineering to replicate and resolve such issues.
Learn new product areas and technologies to act as Subject matter Expert to AT&T Lab personnel.
Training of AT&T Lab personnel on new products and releases.
Testing of equipment configurations in support of AT&T applications.
Address application related questions or concerns as it relates to products being evaluated in AT&T Lab.
Review customer documentation.

Requirements:
2 or more years of Telecom experience with Broadband systems. Working knowledge of ATM, IP and Ethernet networks and access products. Experience with ADSL2, VDSL2, and SHDSL access technologies and products and knowledge of TL1 command language desirable. Experience working with customers in Lab evaluations and Lab Trials situations is highly desirable. Working knowledge of Element Management Systems is also very desirable.

Desired Education:
BSEE or equivalent. CCNA certification is desirable.
