Description: |
To ensure customer satisfaction by providing break/fix hardware maintenance, Professional Services and on-call services to Fortune 500 companies on NetApp Storage Technology in an enterprise/datacenter environment |
Duties: |
- Install, assist, troubleshoot, and maintain a variety of NetApp equipment in Enterprise/Datacenter environments
- Delivers outstanding customer service
- Keeps all required technical certifications up to date
- Maintains flexibility to travel when required
- Maintains availability to participate in a 7x24 on-call rotation
- Completes all administrative duties and training requirements in a timely manner

Qualifications: |
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE : - Associate's degree
- Technical certifications
- 3-5 years of Network Appliance Experience
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE - Applies effective verbal and written communication skills with customers, peers, and management
- Relies on excellent organizational, prioritization, analytical, and problem solving skills
- Possesses the ability to provide sound and reliable judgment, take initiative, and accomplish task with minimal supervision in complex situations
- Must have technology background/experience
